THE WAILERS FEAT. ELAN
The WailersTogether with Bob Marley, the Wailers have sold in excess of 250 million albums worldwide. Drummer Carlton "Carlie" Barrett died in 1987, leaving his brother as the main beneficiary of the Wailers' mantle. Subsequent line-ups have revolved around Family Man, who is widely regarded as one of the world's greatest bass players. Modest and unassuming, he was present on all of those unforgettable performances by Bob Marley & The Wailers from the seventies. He and lead singer Elan Attias form the main axis of the current Wailers – a group that's one of the last, great reggae institutions, yet which refuses to live off past glories. That's because whereas Family Man represents tried and trusted roots authenticity, Elan injects fresh excitement into a show that continues to attract enthusiastic audiences from around the world. By way of example, their first project – which promises to be a revelation – is a new Wailers' album featuring some of the biggest names in popular music. Prepare to be amazed!

TRIBALJAZZ (WITH JOHN DENSMORE)
TribaljazzFor thirty years I've been saying I was a jazz drummer before I got into The Doors. In the years since then, I still claim to be a jazz drummer. The problem is I've never actually made any jazz records. Finally I am putting my sticks where my mouth is. Tribaljazz is the fulfillment of a longtime dream of mine, which is to evolve the driving hypnotic style of drumming I used in The Doors into a fresh, strongly melodic version of the classic jazz music I have loved for all these years. - By John Densmore

THE WAYBACKS
TribaljazzThey draw freely from the old school and the old world, but the Waybacks are no throwback. They've been erroneously pigeonholed as a bluegrass band and celebrated as purveyors of "acoustic mayhem." They are as uninhibited and unpredictable as the eclectic San Francisco Bay area that claims them, and for nearly a decade, their experiments have always proven sharp-witted and musically dazzling. They're living proof that in music anyway, evolution and intelligent design are entirely compatible. "The whole spirit of improvisation – that's always been the cornerstone of this band for me," says founding singer, songwriter and guitarist James Nash. "Through all the stylistic changes and regardless of the instruments we're playing, to me the fun of this band has always been in some ways I can do whatever I feel like doing."

GARAJ MAHAL
Garag MahalWhen you hear your first Garaj Mahal note, leading into an innovative fusion of funky jazz with a tasty world music flare, all other thoughts leave your mind as the music takes you on an unforgettable voyage. Fans return to experience the band again and again because they know they will always hear something new and progressive from these four first-class musicians. Featuring guitar and sitar virtuoso Fareed Haque, world-renowned bass master and educator Kai Eckhardt, gospel-inspired funky jazz keyboardist Eric Levy, and consistently in-the-pocket, natural-born drummer Alan Hertz, Garaj Mahal combines a century of musical experience to create a sound that's always new, freshly infused with a wide spectrum of musical expression, and always smoking hot.

Their exhilarating marriage of acoustic and electric instruments comes together in an irresistible blend of sophisticated songcraft, inventive musical exploration and down home rock-n-roll. The band's newest album, New Monsoon V, was produced, mixed and engineered by John Cutler, best known for his production work with The Grateful Dead on the platinum album In the Dark (co-produced with Jerry Garcia) and Without a Net (co-produced with Phil Lesh) and the Jerry Garcia Band's How Sweet It Is. New Monsoon V is the culmination of years of touring, collaboration, heart, soul and love and respect between the band and its fans. New Monsoon has played a laundry list of major music festivals, from Bonnaroo to Summerfest and has played to a sold-out crowds at The Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco.

MICKEY HART
Mickey Hart Mickey Hart is best known for his nearly three decades as an integral part of an extraordinary expedition into the soul and spirit of music, disguised as the rock and roll band the Grateful Dead. As half of the percussion tandem known as the Rhythm Devils, Mickey and Bill Kreutzmann transcended the conventions of rock drumming. Their extended polyrhythmic excursions were highlights of Grateful Dead shows, introducing the band's audience to an ever-growing arsenal of percussion instruments from around the world. Exposure to these exotic sounds fueled Mickey's desire to learn about the various cultures thatproduced them. FanManager works with Mickey Hart's Planet Drum and The Rhythm Devils who both toured extensively in 2006. Look for more music from Mickey Hart soon in 2007.

G LOVE AND SPECIAL SAUCE
Mickey HartTart, Tangy, Smooth, and oh so lip-smacking Sweet! Aaah yes, time to praise the almighty summer sippin' thirst quencher, being served straight up G. Love and Special Sauce style, ice cool and always refreshing. On their second release for Brushfire Records, the Philly boys offer up "Lemonade", a series of soul drenched tracks pouring out their blues infused hip-hop, which people have been trying to label for years. The best advice - dont try to tame it or claim it; its simply their sonic trademark, instantly recognizable and addictively delicious.

PARTICLE
Particle Since forming in the fall of 2000, Particle has enjoyed a successful ride that has taken them to eight countries for over 850 shows including Europe and Japan.
